The Art of Thai Massage is a heart centered workshop where you will be guided through simple, accessible Thai Massage techniques that you can share with your friends, family, and loved ones. You will leave with a 20 to 30 minute hands on routine that you can continue to use and pass on, making it a beautiful gift that keeps giving.

This practice is rooted in Metta, loving kindness touch, where we learn how to offer presence, care, and healing through intentional touch.

I have been studying Thai Massage since 2003 when I first traveled to Thailand and trained in Chiang Mai. Since then, I have continued my journey through many different trainings, deepening my understanding of this ancient healing art and also offering teacher trainings along the way.

Last year I had the opportunity to take a deep dive in Laos where I studied Osteo Thai Massage, learning how osteopathic techniques can be beautifully woven together with traditional Thai Massage. It was a profound experience and I feel deeply inspired to now share this wisdom and magic with my community.

This evening is not about perfection or technique. It is about connection, nervous system nourishment, and the joy of giving and receiving.
