Hot Yoga
This 8 week hot yoga series combines standing, balancing, and seated postures with optional Vinyasa flowing movement in a heated room. Hot yoga increases flexibility, strength, lung capacity, and blood circulation, while helping to flush out toxins and leaving you feeling invigorated and energized.
8 week series starts:
Sundays: 10:30am
Tuesdays: 9:15am/5:30pm & 7pm
Thursdays: 9:15am / 5:30pm/ 7pm
